The things people ask most about Digital Partners, Timatsu OS, and how a company gets started. Don't see yours? Get in touch.
The Basics
What Is a Digital Partner?
A Digital Partner is a working member of the company that happens to run on software. It holds the relationships, the projects, and the knowledge, answers when someone reaches out, and does the next part of the work instead of just reporting on it. It is built for one business, not rented as a generic tool.
How Does Timatsu OS Work?
Timatsu OS is the operating layer a company runs from. Contacts, projects, tasks, and the internal compendium sit in one system that speaks to itself, wired to a curated knowledge base and to an agent the team talks to week to week. Nothing has to be copied from one tool into the next.
Who Is It For?
It is built for the operator who is the bottleneck: the founder answering every call, holding every detail, and losing the after-hours inquiry because there is no one at the desk. Construction is one example the walkthrough uses, but the shape fits any business that runs on relationships and follow-through.
The Intelligence
What Models Does It Run On?
It runs on the best models from every major lab, chosen for the task at hand. The system is model-independent by design, so the intelligence underneath can change without the company having to change how it works. There is no single vendor to be locked into.
Where Does Its Knowledge Come From?
The agent answers from a curated knowledge base, built with the founder in a coached session that takes the business back to what is true about it. What goes in is chosen on purpose, not scraped from the open internet. When the base does not hold an answer, the agent says so instead of inventing a confident guess.
What Are Artifacts?
An Artifact is a small, purpose-built function wired into the way the company already works. It finds a specific piece of friction, the unanswered question, the dropped follow-up, the call that came in late, and closes that gap in the flow itself, so the same snag stops happening instead of getting handled by hand again. Artifacts are a mechanism, not a headcount multiplier.
Your Data
How Is Our Data Protected?
The knowledge base lives in the company's own environment. It is never folded into a model's training data, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest. The system is built and maintained by Timatsu, so the posture is clear and accountable rather than a black box.
Who Can See the Knowledge Base?
Access is scoped to the people who run the company. The agent reads from the same governed base that a new hire would, so the answer is the same one every time, and the record of who asked what stays inside the system.
Getting Started
Can We Try It Before Committing?
Yes. The walkthrough on the site is a scripted demo with example numbers, built so the shape is clear before anything is wired in. A conversation is the honest way to see it against a real business, so the first step is a talk, not a signature.
How Does an Engagement Start?
It starts with a coached session that takes the business back to first principles, then the knowledge base gets written down and the system gets stood up around it. The way in is a single conversation. Reach out through the contact page and the right next step gets set from there.
How Long Until It Is Running?
The web app installs and runs early, so the first useful piece is in hand quickly. The knowledge base and the Artifacts deepen from there, shaped to how the company actually works rather than dropped in all at once.
What If Our Question Is Not Here?
The contact page is the direct line. Anything not answered above gets a real answer from a person, not a form reply.
